Mental wellbeing has been long neglected, but fortunately in recent times has been recognised as important. A slightly negative perspective on this, though, is that this has only come about because modern life, technology and life pressures have worsened mental health and wellbeing. This course will seek to equip you with a good fundamental knowledge of wellbeing techniques, from meditation, journalling, and even easy, everyday tactics you can use. This does not necessarily mean venturing out into the woods without your phone, but easy, practical, implementable approaches that can actually provide you with the headspace for your busy lifestyle. Who should take this course? Well anyone who isn’t certain of what ‘wellbeing’ is, or whether you’re doing it. If this is you, hop right in! If you think you’re familiar, you may still encounter some new and useful ideas.
